Thank you for taking the time to find my website!\u00a0 You are here because you need a clear and accurate\"Toby<\/a> assessment of the home you are about to purchase or your one or two year builder\u2019s warranty is about to expire.\u00a0 Unlike my competition, my average Home Inspection takes 4 to 6 hours to complete.\u00a0 I book one inspection per day so I am not rushing to finish your inspection just so I can get to my next appointment.\u00a0 You and your home have my full attention for as long as it takes to inspect all aspects of the house.\u00a0 I take the time necessary to do a full walk through of the inside and outside of the house to show you what I found and point out important features of the home. I answer any questions you may have about this home at that time.\u00a0I spend several more hours completing an easy to read but very detailed Home Inspection report that explains all my findings during the home inspection. I include a summary at the beginning of the report detailing the most important issues. I also typically include 200+ color photos highlighting issues along with a section showing important information such as the electrical and water shutoff locations. I email the report to you in .pdf format so you will have all the home inspection details and information available as a reference tool when you need it. I inspect each home as if I were moving my own family in to it. In short \u2013 I care very much about what I do, and I want you to be comfortable with your upcoming home purchase!<\/span><\/h5>\n
